Sedgefield in colour

It’s been a while that I have lived in Sedgefield now. known to be a sleepy little hollow in winter but in summer it is out door paradise. Sunsets become richer in colour and tends to enhance everything around it, including the people. I never seem to be disappointed with what nature offers us here and feel blissfully blessed everyday I live here.

Kitesurfing Myoli Beach

I crest the dune, yes there they are!  Speed freaks chasing their kites, lines thaugt like guitar strings before a rock concert, only thing is, they’re rocking is the waves.  Up and down, in and out, crisp sharp movements. Incredible to watch these guys moulding the wind around their abilities.  Not really a usual sport for this part of the coast line, but every now and then the wind comes up and blows kitesurfing style…. The stretches between Buffs on the Knysna side,  Garden Route, to Myoli in Sedgefield and then the Wilderness beach towards George turns up the heat occasionally.
